The property has inner courtyard and quiet street views, and is 300 metres from Flic en Flac Beach. The apartment features rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. The studio was a good size, comfortable and very clean. Everything is high spec and a nice place to come back to after a long day in the heat. It is only a few mins walk to flic en flac beach which is stunning, and there are restaurants close by. I ate most of my dinners at Zub express which is a restaurant only 3 mins walk from the apartment. The host was also polite and helpful. There is a communal iron for clothes and a washing machine that you can use for free which was very helpful. I would definitely recommend this place.

The apartment was very spacious & has a lovely terrace with views of sea & catches the evening sun. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you need for your stay & we loved the outdoor kitchen & seating area by the pool. We cooked & ate there on a couple of nights. Aurelie was very friendly & attentive - giving advice & checking in on us.

Unfortunately, at our first place, we didn’t have an ocean view, and we really wanted to make up for that. We were not disappointed here—there's a beautiful view, and if you get an apartment on the second floor, the view is even better. We had two rooms and a spacious kitchen. There was no hairdryer initially, but the host kindly provided one for us. The quick communication with the host was a big plus. Pipine was very considerate and offered us a cleaning service after 2-3 days of our stay. We declined since we are used to keeping things tidy ourselves. Another option available was the rental of a double kayak for 1000 rupees. I think this is a fair price, and we had a great time spending half a day on the kayak. We circled the island opposite and paddled to Crystal Rock Island—it was an amazing experience. The only downside I could mention is the parking. It can be difficult to park four cars, but I parked mine outside, and had no issues. Overall, I had an excellent experience at this place, and I would happily return.

The location is great; very central, the room perfect, their hospitality second to none. I can absolutely recommend staying here and hope to stay with them again.

The apartment has family rooms. the property was all as described . clean and well maintained and the host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome . she even arranged food for the day we arrived at the property , she provided all the beach necessities as well. she also gave us a lot of tips about places to visit , where to eat , etc . Even after checking out , she texted to check if we arrived safely back home . in all my stays , of all the people i have met around the world, she was by far the nicest and most welcoming person i have ever met! Thank you Joanna for everything , you made us feel like home, so far away from home!
