Scenic location, clean and comfortable campsite, very nice management, top communication. We were also able to buy meat for a spontaneous braai and received a lot of helpful recommendations for exploring the area. Very well located for visiting Sossusvlei. One of our favorite campsites on our roadtrip.

Namib Desert Camping2Go bevindt zich in Solitaire in de regio Khomas Region, en heeft een terras. Deze luxe tent heeft gratis privéparkeren en een conciërgedienst. We LOVED staying here. Beautiful location with the petrified dunes as the back drop. The tents were private and spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The food was absolutely excellent and the pool was so nice to sit next to during the heat of the day after our Sossusvlei adventures! We wished we could have stayed here longer!

Solitaire Mountain Lodge offers views of the Namib Desert and the Naukluft Mountains. It features 1 outdoor pool, a garden and a restaurant. Such a beautiful and relaxing place to spend a couple of days. We made good use of the pool on two rather hot days. Thomas was particularly kind and helpful.

Desert Camp in Sesriem ligt in in de Namibische woestijn en biedt een buitenzwembad en luxe accommodaties met een eigen badkamer. Het is slechts 5 km naar de Sossusvlei Lodge. Great location with the option to get a breakfast pack, breakfast basket or braai set making the visit very flexible. Nice pool/bar area for a desert. Drinkable tap water.

Tsauchab River Camp Campsite ligt in Sesriem en biedt accommodatie met gratis privéparkeren. Bij de camping zijn er een tuin en een terras. Was very secluded, you had your own area, toilet and shower. We stayed at the ‘pigeonhole’ and it was great. Very well looked after, good all around!

At Kronenhof Campsites heeft een restaurant en accommodatie met een buitenzwembad, een tuin en een gedeelde lounge. Duwisib Castle ligt op 22 km. The best camp site in Namibia!!

Namib Outpost heeft een restaurant en accommodatie met een buitenzwembad, een terras en een bar. Sesriem Canyon ligt op 34 km. Zowel WiFi als privéparkeren is bij de lodge gratis toegankelijk. We hebben 3 nachten verbleven in deze accomodatie zodat we 2 activiteiten konden doen in Sossusvlei: een ballonvaart met Namid Sky en een beklimmig van Big Daddy gecombineerd met Dead Valley. De namiddag hebben we van de accomodatie genoten. We hebben telkens buitegeslapen in een extra opgemaakt bed aan ons terras. Prachtige sterrenhemel.
