The place is in a very good location, near the village, but in the middle of the field, for nice and calm sleeping during the night. The rooms have really good beds, it's clean and outside is beautiful. Food is simply amazing. Best in Nepal, big portions, from domestic field ingredients. The people here really care for our comfortable staying. They are also organizing walking or jeep safari. Shardul, the guide, and another guide lead us to amazing places in the national park to see the tigers, rhino, elegant... in a natural environment. Highly recommend and it's a place to come back!

What truly made the experience special were the guides. They are not only full of knowledge but also genuine nature lovers who deeply respect and protect the wild. Their passion and care made every moment meaningful. We are sure we will be back again… and again! 😀

Nanu's Bardiya Homestay se encuentra en Bhurkīā y ofrece alojamiento con wifi gratis, jardín con terraza y vistas al jardín. i spent a good stay in that nice family. nanu and his wife kali take care of you very well. she cooks a delicious dahl. And nanu explains you how the safari goes to happen. he will be your guide during the safari. i did safari walking and jeep. i saw tigers/rhinoceros/elephants/snakes/monkeys...). good price!! there are 2 or 3 rooms. usually not a lot of people. big room with mosquito net, fan ceiling and your own bathroom. it was clean. nothing to say. i paid 210€ in all : for 4 safaris walking and 1 safari jeep, meals, free water bottles, room. 8.5 days!! safari begins at 7am and finishes like 6pm. bardia park is good if you want to avoid the tourists like in chitwan. so lets go to nanu homestay if u want a very good experience in a local family instead a ressort expensive and without contact with the owner.

You become one of the Family at Golden River, I had such a fantastic time here, a wonderful family led by Pappu, Incredible guide, the most delicious food & the best location 😍😍 I saw so many birds just sat on the porch drinking Masala Chai, Recommend to anyone who wants to fulfill their dreams of seeing the wildlife & experience the warmth & hospitality of a great local family, & yes, I saw 3 Tigers amongst so much other wildlife!!!! 😍😍🐯🐯😍😍

Bardiya Eco Safary Homestay tiene vistas al jardín y está en Bhurkīā. Cuenta con restaurante, servicio de habitaciones, bar, jardín, terraza y zona de juegos infantil. Best homestay ever!!!!!! Mukti and Renuka are the most lovely people, they made our stay just terrific! The local and organic food from the garden was amazing. Mukti is the best safari guide you can ask. We enjoyed every minute in the week we spent there.

Namaste Bardiya Resort tiene vistas a la montaña y está en Bhurkīā. Cuenta con restaurante, servicio de traslado gratuito, bar, jardín y terraza. A beautiful property and lovely guest house very close to the bardiya national park entrance. The Cabins are big and cozy, each one quite far from the other so you get a lot of privacy and all around there are only trees and grass. It feels like really living in nature and not in a resort. The common dinning area is very nice, facing a beautiful river, and the food is good. Krishna and his wife are great hosts and they offer a lot of options to experience the park. Overall, a really amazing value-for-money place in bardiya

We stayed for two nights immersed in the forest with breathtaking sunsets. The staff was friendly and welcoming, with everything you could need. The cleanliness was impeccable, but the highlight of the resort was undoubtedly the cuisine, which was decidedly above average. It's a family-run resort with plenty of outdoor space for relaxing.

We had an exceptional stay at Sunsetview. We made the booking thinking we would be there purely for the jungle and the safari, but in reality we got so much more than that. Every member of the team - all beautiful and extremely kind persons - is working tirelessly to provide the highest quality. Every small detail is thought through: from de delicious meals and snacks during the safaris, to the cleanliness & cosyness of the bungalows and bar/chill area, the flexibility in organisation of the safaris, the sustainability of the lodge (not just hollow words, but real impactful actions), and so on. Pramesh is a passionate storyteller and during the communal dinners, which we loved, we learned so many things about the national park and the surroundings, its conservation and life in the village. For us, coming from Belgium where real nature is very scarse, it’s wonderful to see how life in a village is intertwined with that of the jungle and its wildlife. It’s difficult to describe in words how grateful we feel about everything we experienced here, but one thing is sure and that is that Sunsetview is one of the most special places we have ever stayed in. Initially we planned to be there for six days, we ended up staying nine and we still left with a heavy heart. Big thanks to Pramesh & Noémie, Anit, Amrit, Jogot and Anita (and little Paris of course). You guys really inspired us. Because of everything what you do, the world gets to be a better place. Keep up the fantastic work! We hope to see you all again in the future.
