Minutes from the harbor and the kiwis literally in the garden by night. Super helpful host. Had an amazing stay.

Unique experience all around & all together-being one with nature-the design of the glass cabin. Perfect temperature, layout, design, bedding. WE LOVED IT! No Kiwi SEEN by the cabin area but a walk down the main road resulted in a sighting! The STARS above you & it’s no dream.

Het iconische South Sea Hotel op Stewart Island ligt aan het water in het centrum van de stad. Het bevindt zich op 2 minuten lopen van de terminals van de veerboot en de luchtvaartmaatschappij. Great place to base oneself before & after Rakiura Track tramp. Rooms are clean as are the bathrooms, lots of towels available at the showers. Food was delicious especially the local Blue Cod. Would stay there again.
