I cannot speak highly enough of the staff and the general manager, who were attentive, courteous, and genuinely committed to providing exceptional service. Their proactive approach to resolving the issue demonstrated their unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction. Special thanks to the Restaurant Manager Mohammed who look after us during breakfast. When I arrived, I was greeted with the welcoming smile of the staff, especially Abdurrahman Almalki, who made our check in process very short and easy. I truly appreciate it because after seven hours of driving, I was so tired and needed to rest. The suite I rented was immaculate. It was very clean, smelled fresh, and felt like a seven star hotel. It had everything I needed to feel like I was at home. After I had checked out, I received a call from the manager to check if I had a pleasant time staying there. I actually did, and I thanked him for the call. All in all, if you are visiting Taif and you are looking for a quiet, clean, and luxurious place to stay, this place should satisfy your needs.
