Room was very cosy anf the staff was very hospitable. The only downside was that we couldn’t smoke in the balcony but other than that no complaints

Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a pool with a view, pool view and a balcony, Sunny Side Resort Koh Tao is set in Koh Tao. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are accessible at the villa free of charge. The property is non-smoking and is situated 800 metres from Sairee Beach. We had a wonderful stay at Sunny Side in Koh Tao! The staff were absolutely amazing – so kind, friendly, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The rooms were so clean, probably the cleanest we’ve seen during our travels. Everything felt new and fresh, and it was simply a pleasure to come back to the room each day. The pool was fun and relaxing, and the breakfast was delicious. Housekeeping was done daily, including fresh towels and complimentary bottled water. The location is great, just a short walk from the center of Sairee Beach, starting from the 7-Eleven. There’s also an excellent restaurant nearby called Kanya Kitchen and a large supermarket close by. No doubt we would stay here again – we truly enjoyed every moment of our time at Sunny Side!

Such a nice, friendly and genuine person. Honestly, it's a shame he wasn't around more (because as the owner, he's busy with many things) because every time he was around the whole place lit up. Great atmosphere and super good place to get to know people. 12/10

The resort provides an outdoor swimming pool and room service and free WiFi. We liked the room and private pool. Really enjoyed the views. The receptionist was super nice with us all time, we asked if we could stay a bit longer cause we had the ferry at 3:30pm and she said it was fine. We also rented a motorbike from there which includes an insurance, the experience in overall was very good. Super recommended place to stay.

The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach. The property is exceptionally clean, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The complimentary breakfast is fantastic – everything I needed to start the day off right. If I ever find myself back on Koh Tao, I will definitely be staying here again!

I extended my stay here because I could not see myself going anywhere else (or even leaving the island, if I am being honest). Everything was perfect - from the location (not too close to the buzz, but not far either), the views (nothing beats having morning coffee overlooking the jungle or being minutes away from the beach to enjoy a fruit bowl), the cleanliness (unmatched how the space was kept clean), and even the perks (the daily transport to key spots was a top tier service). I have raved about this place to other backpackers interested in visiting Koh Tao and I don't think I will ever stop.

Where to start , a home away from home. This place felt like a safe haven in a world of chaos. From the staff to the guests to the Wonderful owners who brought Wonderland Into reality. If you are reading this I fear you will regret not booking a stay here. I came for 5 days on the first I already knew I wanted to extend. I made amazing friends who really elevated my experience here. I wish I could have stayed longer , it felt like a dream. Even the staff were once wonderland guests who loved it so much they didn't want to leave. That what happens you get sucked down the rabbit hole and don't really want to climb back up ! Only thing I can recommend is RENT A SCOOTER, it will just make the experience there a little more enjoyable as it is not a far distance from the beach but those hills in the heat will make you regret not paying 200baht/day for a scooter 😅 Thank you wonderland for giving me only but happiness. I wish to return very soon in the future ... Till we meet again.

We liked everything about this property and it really exceeded our expectations! The staff is so nice and helpful and they made the stay even better :) The best staff we encountered during our whole visit in Thailand! If you don't want to stay in the busiest part of the island, this is a great option. It is a bit removed from the noise, partying and a lot of people, but it is not remote at all. It is less than 10 minutes with a taxi from all of the restaurants, bars and shops, and 15 minutes from the pier. Our room was nice and had a nice view, the pool area is beautiful and very relaxing, and the whole property is very pretty. Even though the property does not offer food, they can order breakfast, lunch and dinner for you and you can eat it at the bar. The bar is also very quiet and relaxing, it is right next to the pool area and has a great sunset view. If you don't want to order food or get a taxi to the "city", you can also walk to two restaurants close by and we really liked the one at the Dunsit Buncha resort. The staff also help you with getting taxi and it was always very efficient .
