Cheap hotels in Douz

It was a lovely stay, the location is isolated and quiet, the last house before the desert, so to some it s a good thing, to others is not. We enjoyed beeing close to nature. Mohamed is a lovely host and ha can arrange private camel rides and 4x4 in the desert at very good prices. We did both and loved it and I recomend you do the same, the experience is really really good.

There is nowhere better to stay in Kasr Ghilane in terms of location. Looking out directly onto the dunes of the Sahara from your room is magical. Only l'Oasis offers this. It's an amazing place to stay.

Great location, welcoming staff!

The buffet was excellent, staff were friendly, bed was comfortable. Would describe it as a cheap resort. Or a very high end hostel.
