Good base for Beito district if you want to avoid the pricey hotels, was using the metro alot which requires lots of walking but don't mind doing so.

I think this was the best hostel I've stayed in. The staff were really nice and accommodating. I left my bags there around 10:30am. Came back around 3pm to rest a little bit. There's no elevator so if you have heavy luggage be aware. But i'm pretty the staff could help. They were so friendly. The second floor is kind of the lounge area where you can eat/drink also where the showers were. The floor with all the capsule beds was nice n cool. I had no issues sleeping, very comfortable. I also recommend this place cause it's in between the two bus stops, hauling your luggage won't be that hard. I saw other tourists who were staying in the old shopping street area but they had to go through all the crowds to get out pulling their luggage against the uneven street/floors. Overall I enjoyed my experience but also again the staff were very helpful and kind.

Very new (only 3 months old!) so everything was in good shape. Free coffee and tea, and a small basket of snacks/instant noodles you’re welcome to take from. The owner is kind and even brought us breakfast an hour before we were set to leave, etc.

If you like take picture without crowd, the best solution is stay here for some days that you can wake up at 5:00 for sunset/dawn or night view after 10:00pm. Most store and cowd will start work on 10:00am and you already enjoy the view.

Complimentary tea and water provided. Good bathroom with nice shower. Close to old street of Jiufen (5mins walk down the stairs).

Ubicación excelente. Era como vivir en Jiufen por una noche en una casa típica de allí. L hospitalidad de los dueños es insuperable. El desayuno a la carta y muy rico. Contratamos a través de ellos un Transfer desde el aeropuerto y fue genial.

晶晶輕旅民宿瑞芳車站 está a 27 km de Mercado nocturno de la Calle Raohe, en Ruifang, y ofrece alojamiento con aire acondicionado y wifi gratis. We loved this place and everything about it. The host is lovely—she gave us many recommendations, ensured we knew what trains to take for our outings, gave us small gifts and goodies, offered to help us get laundry washed, and provided flexibility with check in and check out. All this she did with patience and a smile, even though we could not speak Mandarin and had to rely on translation apps. The location is excellent—walking distance to several buses and trains to nearby Jiufen, Shifen Waterfall, Bitoujiao, Keelung, and other great spots. The room itself is quiet, comfortable, and spacious with great lighting. It seems very clean and modern, with nothing out of date and everything functioning perfectly. It is well-appointed and nicely laid out. Guests have access to water, a refrigerator, a tea kettle, coffee, and fast/consistent WiFi. The toiletries and soaps were luxury, and we took note of the shower gel in particular so we can buy it to take home. This place is exceptional value, easy to book and find, and offered us complete privacy and autonomy. The host provided great communication from our initial booking until we said goodbye. Overall we give this hotel our highest recommendation—it was our favorite hotel of the 4 we stayed in on our visit throughout the island. The next time we come to the Taipei area, we will stay here.

Twilight Stone se encuentra en Jiufen, a 33 km de Mercado nocturno de la Calle Raohe, a 33 km de Mercado Mayorista de Wufenpu y a 35 km de Edificio Taipei 101. door code was provided once we arrived. communication was very fast and responsive. we arrived earlier than expected, and the owners allowed us to store our luggage in the room while they were still cleaning. it's a literal 30 second walk to the old street. we needed a ride back to Taipei the day after and the owners also helped us to arrange it.

A Promised Land BnB tiene vistas al mar y está en Jiufen. Cuenta con restaurante, servicio de traslado gratuito, cafetería, jardín y terraza. Great B&B a stone's throw from the Golden Waterfall. Large room, air con, fridge etc. Large terrace overlooking the sea in one direction and the mountains in the other. Sun beds there too if you have the time. Very clean, nice breakfast. Incredibly friendly hosts. Highly recommended. short drive to Jiufen. Great drives in all direction along the coast.
