The owner and all the staff were very pleasant and extremely helpful, especially with sightseeing and our onward travel arrangements. The pool was lovely, clean and warm. Overall it's a very nice place to stay.

The food and staff are exceptional! We really had a fabulous weekend! We travelled with our two children (6 and 2) and they really enjoyed the outside and pool area. The prices are really also very good, and they staff really go beyond to make your stay memorable. When you are there, try the stuffed chicken, I think I would have eaten the plate too if I could chew it, it was THAT GOOD! We really enjoyed Bagamoyo as a whole, next time we are trying their Zanzibar property.

Everything in Miseni Retreat is amazing but most of all the staff who are the kindest and most professional people I have ever met! Miseni wouldn't be the same without them! It is found in the middle of Africa's wonderful nature where you can relax! The rooms are so beautiful and clean! I highly recommend it! We will definitely come back next year as well!
