Before our arrival, they were very transparent and let us know that there had been an issue with the air conditioning in the room we had originally booked. When we arrived, they immediately offered us another room with the same features and gave us a very fair discount to make up for the situation. Cuong was absolutely amazing. He let us leave our luggage after checkout and even allowed us to stay in the common area for several hours while we waited for our bus. He served us tea during that time, completely free of charge. His kindness and attention really stood out. Everyone on the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Honestly, they’re not just five-star staff, they’re ten-star staff.
