Mountain View Guesthouse might be the best guesthouse I’ve stayed in. It’s located very close to the N7, petrol stations, supermarket, restaurants, and Costa coffee shop. A lovely warm welcome from Roché. He has thought of everything. A beautiful, immaculately clean room, full kitchen facilities with comprehensive dishes and utensils, fridge, microwave, air fryer, coffee pod machine, 2 x multi-head phone chargers. Also a working TV (doesn't always happen in my experience), and secure parking. No breakfast provided but that was expected, and it’s fine for me as I had my own food. And places to eat close by. Ochre and Ash está en Clanwilliam, a 45 km de Ratelfontein Station y a 7 min a pie de Clanwilliam Museum. Our weekend stay was at best. Wonderful accommodation. Warm welcome from Samanta and Quentin! All the staff is very friendly - the food in the smokehouse excellent as well as the breakfast. Garden and pool an oasis!

A State of Grace está en Clanwilliam, a 47 km de Ratelfontein Station y a 3 km de Clanwilliam Museum. The hostess, Chantal, was so helpful. She gave loads of information about the area before we even arrived, which helped plan our stay. Her breakfasts were totally delicious and different each day. Very comfortable accommodation overlooking the dam. Her reception on arrival was very warm and welcoming. Definitely highly recommend A State of Grace.
