I can really recommend this place! I stayed in a super nice and extremely clean room with a balcony and beautiful view of the hills. Big bathroom with hot water shower. The staff was very helpful and helped me arrange a tuktuk to go to Adams Peak at night. I have nothing to complain about!

I don' t have the words to describe how beautiful is this property, how nice and welcoming are all the people that work there and how pleasant and memorable was out stay there. I will try to explain why you should definitely stay there: 1. The staff, especially Sri - these are incredible people, who were not just doing their job, but who did the impossible to make our stay more comfortable and pleasant. They were always smiling, helped us with transport and tours and made us feel like a celebrity. 2. The food - the most delicious meals for our two weeks stay in Sri Lanka. The chef should definitely get a Michelin star. 3. The garden - lovely, well maintained garden, where we had breakfast and dinner. 4. The house - beautiful, old colonial building, which is very well preserved without any big renovation. It is a place for connoisseur - you can feel the spirit of the old times. 5. The surroundings - the building is in the middle of the tea fields. The views are breathtaking. 6. The tea tour - it was really good. Totally recommend it. With few words - it is a luxurious place, where the luxury is not in possessions, but in the attention, the attitude and the unforgettable memories.

Extremely nice location in the middle of a tea estate. Very helpful and always friendly staff. Good kitchen with south Indian dishes. Many Option to get in contact with locals while wandering around in the tea plantation. Great for walks .

I felt safe as a female solo traveller. The view is gorgeous up there! The room with the balcony is amazing. It’s really clean and the man working there makes sure you have a comfortable stay. You shouldn’t mind walking a steep path for around 10min to get to the house.

I really enjoyed my stay eventhough it was raining all the time. I had cosy room, warm blankets and big and delicious breakfast - sri lankan style, but I also got toast with jam and some jogurt. Host were very helpful and smiling everytime. They gave me some tips what to do in Nuwara Eliya, they also helped me with the train to my next destination. Location was a bit further from the center but still in walkable distance. Glocery store cca 500m. Bus stop was right infront of the house and when you just cross the road there is very lovely teashop where you can have tea and also buy some for resonable price. Thank you for amazing stay:))
