Pretty nice apartment in walking distance to centre of Hatton. Very well equipped and clean rooms. Two bathrooms available. The owner was lovely and super friendly. He organized a transport for us last minute when our pre booked transport was cancelled.

The staff were warm, accommodating, and attentive. The food was excellent and they even made us a packed lunch for getting the train the next day. The room was large and clean with beautiful views. We walked down to the town and also across the tea plantations. A lovely stay and I would highly recommend.

Even though Nuwara Eliya was cold and raining, I got 2 blankets to use. While I arrived, they provided welcoming hot tea. And the breakfast the next day was really good with various options. And the host even waited with me for the bus going to the train station. The location is between the post office and the lake Gregory, which were within walking distance for 30 mins to each of them. It was a good stop in the town.

Beautiful former plantation house, well kept.Quiet location. Best accommodation we had on the Pekoe Trail. Great location for stages 7 and 8. Our hosts, Ruban and Murali, were fantastic - attentive, and helpful. Very knowledgeable about the Pekoe Trail and gave us good advice for our walk.

Our stay was truly out of this world! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning location—right in the heart of a lush tea estate, with breathtaking views in every direction. The serenity and beauty of the surroundings made it feel like a dream. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional—warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile which especially important if you are traveling with small kids . The food was another highlight: delicious, authentic, and beautifully presented at every meal. Plus we enjoyed amazing and ad hoc dinner set up to celebrate birthday. Room was lovely - stylish & very comfortable. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with top-notch service, mouthwatering cuisine, and a setting that feels like it’s straight out of a postcard, this is the place. We can't wait to return! Staying at this hotel felt like stepping into an old movie full of authenticity and elegance. The atmosphere was both luxurious and comfortable, with quick and friendly service all around. We were a group of different ages, even with teenagers, and everyone loved it—some of us didn’t even want to leave the hotel! I stayed at the Owner’s Cottage, and the room, the view, and all the details were simply amazing. The manager, Mr. Krishantha, was extremely kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. Our stay included breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner, so we barely had to spend anything extra. All of the staff were more than wonderful. This will definitely not be our last visit!
