Ok, if you are a self-driver and you have to arrive at night at the hotel the road is very, let's say interesting 🤔🙂 But when you get there it is paradise. Best rooms, best food, best breakfast, not only nice and polite employees but as well very professional. We have been in many hotels. This was for sure one of the top 3 in Sri Lanka. Overall I think it was our favourite hotel during all stay off the coast. Thanks for everything.

Kandy Brick Bungalow is gelegen op 4,4 km van Kandy Museum en biedt een tuin en een terras. De accommodaties hebben airconditioning, een balkon en gratis WiFi. I highly recommend this place for so many reasons: • Location – easy to reach by car, and you can also take a tuk-tuk. • Cleanliness – everything was spotless. • Cozy atmosphere – it feels warm and welcoming. • Quality design – a tasteful mix of items from different countries and IKEA. • Delicious food – every meal was a treat. • Attentive service – the staff really cares. • Reliable internet – perfect for staying connected. We felt completely at home during our three-day stay. It was warm, with no insects or mold, and we honestly didn’t want to leave. I truly recommend this place. Namadi heights Bungalow is goed gelegen in het centrum van Kandy, en biedt gratis WiFi in de hele accommodatie, een tuin en gratis privéparkeren. Our stay at Namadi Heights Bungalow was so wonderful, we decided to extend our stay! The room is uniquely decorated with antiques and comfortable furniture, the bathroom and shower are modern (hot and cold and great water pressure), and the AC is new and works great. The room and bathroom windows look out onto the forest reserve. The hosts Nishi & Bhandula are fantastic, and made us feel right at home and welcome. There is fast wifi and local travel books in the room, and the hosts are very knowledgeable. During our stay we opted for the breakfast and dinner services and these went above and beyond! We had western and Sri Lankan food, both were delicious. We truly felt like we were at home, with a home cooked meal, and we felt treated like family. I will stay here everytime I come through Kandy. Also the view from the private balcony is gorgeous and has a porch swing!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Kandy Siebel Bungalow, hosted by Anoma and her daughter. Although my stay was brief—just one night—I was thoroughly impressed. Upon arrival, I was welcomed warmly and offered a delicious dinner.My room was beautifully upgraded to feature one large double bed and a single bed, perfect for families or groups. The stunning mountain view from my room was a highlight, and the fast, stable Wi-Fi made my stay even more enjoyable.The location is excellent, just a 23-minute walk from the train station, in a lovely area with good bus connections. Anoma's kindness and helpfulness truly made this homestay a memorable experience. Highly recommended!

Voor een nachtje op doorreis is deze prima, voor een langer verblijf is de kamer eigenlijk te klein. Slapen met de deur open en wakker worden met een fenomenaal uitzicht!
