My husband and I arrived by car and were greeted by the hosts who were super friendly and helpful.The accommodation was near the hosts property and therefore we were able to use the pool if we wished.The gardens were beautiful ,it felt so tranquil being there especially at night .There is some building work going on nearby due to this being a new area that is being developed but that didn't bother us for we were out all day.There are shops and a market nearby, the beach is over 1 hr walk away so a car / bike is recommended especially to go exploring to other areas.The accommodation was spotless. The bed is very comfortable, T.V with Netflix, a well functioned kitchen.Instant hot water to have a shower.We would highly recommend staying here.

I travel to Khao Lak/Bang Niang for over 15 years. And stayed in a lot of places in this area. But Fair house is now my absolute favorite if you like a budget friendly place to stay. Very friendly staff, close to the main area of Bang Niang. Super clean room with a terrace if you stay downstairs. The room has a cooler, water heater and even a sink to wash dishes.
