United KingdomDelightful picturesque location, nestled at the bottom of a valley. Over looking the donkey enclosure. Perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and life's stresses. It is a welcomed getaway so you can totally switch off and de-stress. It's a working farm guys so not totally quite but you will get a great nights sleep. Perfectly situated in the lakes for day trips. Also the farm has a small farm shop for eggs, veg and yogurts. Louise is a fantastic host, friendly and welcoming to her little piece of paradise.

Staying in the Wild Yurt was a truly special experience – peaceful, cozy, and surrounded by breathtaking Lake District scenery. The yurt was well-equipped and surprisingly comfortable, even for a family stay. We loved the campfire evenings and waking up to birdsong. A perfect spot to unplug and reconnect with nature!
