Very nice facilities and the design of the capsules was good. There was enough space inside to keep a carry-on sized bag and its contents next to the mattress. Appreciated having a lock on the capsule, and that the entrances of two capsules stacked on top of each other were on opposite ends.

More comfortable than I expected, like a luxury tent! Good value, large kitchen and lounge down below on 4th floor. Slept very well both nights.

Beautiful location overlooking the Lucerne city and lake. The sunset and sunrise were stunning...Service was wonderful, everyone was very tentative to every need. The breakfast was very nice and had plenty of choices for all.

The best hotel from my European tour (9 countries, 10 hotels). Everything is so new, beautiful. Many interesting details, tea/coffee/cutlery and plates available 24/7. Excellent breakfast. Beautiful view from both the room and the veranda 4th floor. Wonderful staff. Contactless check-in. Everything is very modern and beautiful! Large room, balcony. We would love to come back to you again!

The location is perfect! Our room (Honeymoon Suite) has a veranda where we had a complete view of Lake Luzern and Chapel Bridge. Below our hotel are bars and restaurants. I love the Saturday open market! Its also very near the shops. I will definitely book again in the future. The only thing i didn't like is we had a difficult time locating it. After we checked in, we were directed to another building where our rooms are located. Overall, i would highly recommend this hotel.

I can recommend the Chratz café close by for breakfast if the weather Electronic shutters. Shower pressure Good tv Very tranquil location.
