The rooms are great. The beds are quite comfortable. Interlaken is not a big town, but that said, the location of the hotel is pretty nice. Walkabe to restaurants, cafes and supermakets. Its an aparthotel, so that way its pretty well stocked - they have basic utentsils if you're looking to cook, they have bowls,, cups, etc. So its pretty convenient. We were able to shop at a supermarket nearby and put together a good spread in the morning. It also has a laundry on site so good if you're in to that kind of a need mid trip.

Great facilities. Even going above the necessary things. For example there is a hammock room and a jacuzzi which are both amazing. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Great location and visually it is just an amazing looking building.

Great location close to transport, shops and restaurants. Our room had a verandah with a beautiful view of the river and the mountains. A nice breakfast wax included in the rate.

Good spread of breakfast with many different types of beard, cheese and cold cuts. Great start for the day. Nice and comfortable bed. Hot shower available.

So relaxed and beautiful spot and we had the best with the big veranda. Absolutely loved it. Clean and nice and welcoming everywhere

Superb staff - friendly, efficient and really caring - when my sister wrote to them as she was concerned as she had not heard from me (due to mobile issues), the staff immediately wrote back to her reassuring her, as well as alerting me and asking me to contact her as soon as I came back to the hotel. Wonderful location - have breakfast in the open verandah looking at the mountains! Simple but very yummy breakfast. Nice clean room and a kitchen where you can make your own!

Traditional guesthouse with beautiful view from the back veranda. Very close to the bus stop. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Staff is very friendly.
