Sorin met us at the parking space, which was very close. He was amazing, giving us many helpful recommendations and even helping with our luggage. The apartment was very clean, with good-sized rooms featuring double beds and extendable sofas in the living room. The area is great; we walked everywhere and only needed our car to see the sunset at Punta Galea, a must-see if you are in Bilbao!

The hotel was amazing with a rooftop bar providing great views of the city and even better views of the sunset.

Easy check in process and host communicative. Fluffy towels and lovely hot shower. Nice touches with little muffins and coffee sachets. Quiet location.

Brilliant situation right in the thick of the Casco Viejo, great for exploring Bilbao on foot. Close to the cathedral, lovely riverside prom to the Guggenheim, fantastic old grand buildings, busy centre, good food, and 7 Kale is a great base. It has the most lovely polished wooden staircase and big front doors, and inside is tasteful clean and comfy. Verandas, views down narrow streets but quiet.

The rooms were very good, they give sheets and a cover. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was very clean. Good hot shower.

Absolutely just a bed, with a pin to get into the room and thats it, wifi was there, the room was very very small, there were no desk to sit and work, All in all like a ghost hotel, with nothing else than a bed and a hot shower would i do it again no

The apartment was so well appointed & comfortable. The front of house staff were always pleasant & helpful. Thank you! Great comfy beds & hot shower water. Very close to Bars, the river, the Old Town, the Guggenheim & the Funicular.

Ideal for Camino travellers for somewhere to stay, it's basic but for somewhere so remote it is fine, has everything you need! A hot shower is most important I think!

Quirky, old hotel, a mix of old fashioned and surf themed. Friendly staff who happily accommodated our bicycles. Great veranda for local wines and simple food.
