The personnel was nice and very helpful. They prepared a big lunch box for me very early in the morning for Safari which was nice and tasty. Restaurant had a good variety of tasty food. The room was comfortable and clean.

Great location, lovely pool, good bar, breakfast was always very tasty and lots of different options. Very friendly staff overall. Excellent spa experience (available at additional but very reasonable cost), included Watersports were great (went on the cat with Joy and took the tandem kayak out), great selection of drinks at the bar and adult only area available above the bar. Air conditioning was excellent and room very comfortable. Great mosquito nets. Lovely balcony with beautiful view.

The rooms are clean, hot shower is available, and room service is carried out daily. They also have family entertainment every evening. The food is good. The hotel is a few metres to the main Malindi highway and can access nearby malls easily. The swimming pool is clean and there is a pool attendant every day or you can also jump straight to the beach. It's a family-friendly place to stay.

Our stay at this hotel was very pleasant. I loved the African themed decor. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful (they are the greatest asset to this establishment). The room was very nice and cool, and the AC worked perfectly. There was a beautiful sitting area at the front of the room with comfy seats and a swing which is perfect for just outdoor chat. The windows are secured against insects and mosquitos. Whilst mosquito nets were provided, I did not hear or see any mosquitos Indoors.

We booked a suite room this year and it was huge. Lovely seperate room with sofa, TV, fridge and tea and coffee making facilities as well as 2 toilets and a bath. We were right next to the creek and had a gorgeous garden view. Mango trees outside with lots of wildlife. Our second visit here, lovely infinity pool. Great staff. The walk to Bat caves was interesting and worth doing - they have a timetable of activities which changes daily. They have games available to play and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast had a great selection.
