Mhamid Sahara Camp - Mhamid El Ghizlane está en M'Hamid El Ghizlane y ofrece jardín, terraza y restaurante. From the moment we met Larbi there was an instant connection. His welcoming warmth made us feel at home. We picked him up and drove out to his camp not knowing what to expect. We were remote, away from the tours, with waves of golden sand at our feet. After tea, Beth and I walked the dunes to watch a lovely sunset. After a delicious tagine, we were surprised with a full moon rising and a sky of stars. The quiet was deafening, then broken with Berber rhythms from Larbi, his brother Nayim and friend Bryham. We danced by the fire and then shared life stories. We now have a new desert family.

The camp has the perfect location, I came by share taco and they picked me up with a motorcycle from the Main Street. All of the staff are lovely people, I felt more than welcome and really had a great experience! The food was great, my tent really spacious and beautiful and the facilities clean. Would definitely recommend it to anybody who wants to stay for one or more nights in the desert but doesn’t want to book a guided tour!

Authentique berber Camp está en M'Hamid El Ghizlane y ofrece terraza, restaurante y acceso a pie de pista. Este tented camp dispone de parking privado gratis y salón de uso común. A true nomad Berber family living in the desert. We were their guests. 4 Tents only, beautiful and clean, with in the middle a beautiful fireplace. Best tajin we had in Marocco so far in a fantastic ‘restaurant tent’, beautifully decorated. And after dinner a private music show with authentic Berber music. The family really tried to share their way of living.

Chegaga Berber Camps está en M'Hamid El Ghizlane y dispone de wifi gratis, salón de uso común, terraza y restaurante. Absolutely recommended! We were picked up as agreed and the drive to the camp was impressive. The bumpy ride through the impressive landscape with the smell of wild rocket. And then the music from the radio, it still echoes ... :) The camp is located between the dunes. The food was tasty and plentiful, and the hospitality was warm. our hosts Mohamed and Ali told us impressive and exciting stories about life on the edge of the desert in the past and today. Next time we will stay longer than two nights…

Nomads Heaven Camp está en M'Hamid El Ghizlane y ofrece alojamiento con wifi gratis y acceso a un jardín con terraza. En el alojamiento se puede disfrutar de un desayuno buffet, vegetariano o vegano. We enjoyed our stay at Nomads Heaven Camp very much. Moloud is a very experienced host and guide, very proficient in different languages. Very friendly! Food was good and typical moroccon dishes for breakfast and dinner. Everything was reasonably priced. It was very quiet, approximately 6 km from Mhamid. You live in tent-like clay buildings. It was rather warm inside during the night. So we did not need warmer clothes inside. You can walk 200-300 m and you enter an area with smaller dunes with super fine sand. We just sat there and enjoyed a sunset and sunrise there. So it is "desert experience light". Be aware that the real desert with the big 100m high dunes is 60 km/ 2h away. Moloud could have organized a tour by 4x4 and/or camel. But that would have taken us more time, also one person had health issues. So ideally you spend 2-3 days. And stay in the "real" desert overnight.

Mhamid Nomad Camp, que tiene jardín, terraza y restaurante, dispone de alojamiento en Mhamid con wifi gratis y vistas a la montaña. Este alojamiento ofrece parking privado gratis y acceso a un balcón.... Wonderful camping site, tents had shower and toilet, very clean, nice dinner and breakfast, amazing bonfire and local music. The staff was very well organised, we took a Jeep ride to the camp and traveled back on camels, both were truly amazing, allows you to enjoy unique nature, very beautiful, highly recommended.

Camp Mbark authentic está en Mhamid y ofrece vistas a la montaña, jardín, terraza, restaurante y zona de barbacoa. El tented camp ofrece wifi y parking privado, ambos gratis. Brilliant location and brilliant host. Good value for money

Erg Chigaga Regency Camp está en El Gouera y dispone de vistas a la ciudad, jardín, salón de uso común, terraza, restaurante y acceso a pie de pista. Se ofrece wifi gratis en todo el alojamiento. 10/10 doesn’t describe how amazing this stay was! A true desert immersion. We had a transfer from Mahamid. Our driver and also our guide spoke great English and provided an amazing experience, showing us the Nomad villages on the way. The food (we had lunch, dinner and breakfast) was one of the best we had during our 10 days in Morocco. The camp definitely exceeded our expectations, was right next to the big dunes, was super comfortable and clean, with our tent having a private bathroom with a shower and hot water. We took a camel ride to the big sand dunes and sand boarded down them. Cannot recommend enough! An absolute must when you’re in Morocco!

Door sahara está en Rhessouane y ofrece alojamiento con wifi gratis, jardín con terraza y vistas a la montaña. Nos alojamos dos noches durante un tour por el sur de Marruecos. Esta fue la mejor parada. La habitación es sencilla pero limpia y la comida casera.
