Good location. Room was comfortable. Hot showers.

The lady who manage the property is super nice and friendly. Located opposite the main attraction. Comfortable bed and stable hot shower. Can rent bicycle to go around. There was event with enormous buffalo show. Lucky timing.

Exceptional room (suite with river view) with an amazing view. We stayed there 2 nights and we spent a lot of time on the balcony looking over the river, with beautiful sunsets. Very relaxing place to stay at. Bike rental very near, and some restaurants too. We really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent accomodation just a couple of minutes walk from the station. Our host, Pitch went out of his way to give us good recommendations on where and what to eat and how to maximise our 8 hours in Ayutthaya. We especially enjoyed the sunset cruise. This was an ideal location to visit all the sites and to freshen up before catching our overnight train to Chiang Mai.

Very clean and comfortable room. The hosts were very nice and helpful with recommendations. The property has a mezzanine with hammocks and seating which is a nice area for chilling in.

Extra friendly family, mainly we talked with the mother and the daughter, they helped in every need. From finding a good reliable tuc tuc driver to money exchange to ironing or washing clothes to the train schedule. Every single need or question we had was sorted out. We felt like we were staying with our friends. Also a delicious thai breakfast. Clean and tidy, adorable veranda with river view. And excellent location in Ayutthaya.
