This homestay is right near the old town yet nice and quiet. We had a bedroom without balcony or window, but it was very clean, with good airconditioning and mini bar. Bonus was the hot shower! The owners are also very helpful! We arrived at night in Hoi An and got a room for a reduced price. We did a very fun cooking class on their recommendation and they booked our next bus to Da Lat for us. They offer free bikes to use, which is great to go to the beach! Laundry service is available! Higly recommended!

Very cosy and clean place to stay. Beds are very comfortable and hot shower. Great location too.

Great location. Staff were very friendly, helpful and service was excellent.The perfect place to stay as a couple. The restaurant next door provided all you needed for breakfast. We ate dinner there both nights, all the food was delicious, especially the grilled fish. The rooftop area to watch the sunset, with a couple of drinks in hand , easy way to wind down.

After various visits to Hoi An we much prefer to stay on the beach and cycle to Hoi A once or twice. * Location on the beach with waiting service for sun beds * all staff works so hard to make your stay special and to improve where possible * Various restaurants and spa’s * Excellent coffeeshop in-house * Large rooms * Especially fruit salad is mega * Wine in room

Tranquil place......3 mins walk from beautiful almost deserted beach.....great food for reasonable price.......very attentive and friendly owners.......small village atmosphere.......amazing walks to busier an bang beach 20 mins along the beach.......great for kids.....

Everything! Staff were absolutely amazing and went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect. Free bicycle hire which we used most days, great location only 15 minute walk in to old town, big pool with plenty of sun beds, great breakfast. Spacious and clean rooms . We loved every part of it!

What a lovely atmospheric hotel. The rooms are clean and well equipped with a real Vietnamese flavour in the way they are decorated. The buffet breakfast exceeded expectations. The staff were 10/10 in every respect.The pool area is lovely with plenty of lounges and sun beds. A Grab into the Ancient Town costs about VND26000 or about A$1.50, or its a 10 minute walk. The free bicycles are an added bonus.

3 stars resort, but 5 stars staff. Friendly staff and a lot of smiles are the highlight of my stay :) it has been 3 weeks I am here (got very good deal when i book this hotel). My favorite is the pool where you can watch the sunset. The rooms are cozy, not too big but enough. Nice long table for work and put stuff, internet is fast and stable. Hot shower works well.

Great location, room cleaned daily, hot showers, WiFi , helpful staff/family, pool with a couple of sun beds, use of umbrellas, fridge in room, perfect for exploring the city
