The tents were beautifully appointed, so luxurious. We had a front tent overlooking the river and were able to see lots of game at the river & around our tent, including Zebra, Impala, a Hyena, Bush Buck & Vervet Monkeys. The staff were wonderful, so attentive & helpful. Special shout-out to Aubrey who was on duty overnight, kept us safe & shared some stories with us. This was the absolute highlight of our stay in Kruger, we will definately stay again.

The staff were exceptional, our tent was excellent, the food was incredible.

Crocodile Bridge Safari Lodge borders directly on the Kruger National Park and is situated on the banks of the Crocodile River where wild animals are viewed directly from the lodge's accommodation,... Location just outside Kruger & great views over the river. All staff were friendly, food was excellent and lots of it!

Shindzela is a tented safari camp, set in a traversing area within the Timbavati Private Nature Reserve, part of the greater Kruger National Park, South Africa. Shindzela far exceeded our expectations. The property is beautiful and much more of a glamping experience than a camp. The communal dining spaces are beautiful especially the candlelit dinners under the stars. The food was exceptional. Our safari guides Sam and Edward were extremely knowledgeable and we had the closest animal encounters on our Shindzela safaris. Watching the elephants visiting the river bed each day at the campsite is so magical! Would highly recommend Shindzela to anyone wanting an immersive safari experience that is still comfortable and amazing value.

It isn't luxury but is extremely comfortable and compared to other tented camps you do get good value with all meals included and two game drives a day. The tents are comfortable and you really are in the wilderness. We even saw a rhino as we drove to the camp. The guides are superb, Brilliant lived us to his name and Keke was outstanding. We saw a lion on a kill, two lionesses and a cub and cheetahs. Elephants came to the pool to drink twice. One night we had lions in the camp, so it is worth bearing in mind that this really is wilderness.

What an amazing place, to be able to stay in the middle of Kruger on a river bed, is an absolutely amazing experience! The game drives and bush walk were absolutely amazing and the guides were super knowledgeable and professional (the best safaris we had in all of Kruger). Food was really good as well and all the staff was super friendly and helpful! The glamping adds to the whole experience and then being able to dip in the pool in between game drives is surreal. Needless to say, we didn't want to leave.
