A small, quiet camping park on the edge of a lake. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The facilities were very clean and well kept. We rented a kayak for a day and had a peaceful slow paddle down the nearby river. The tiny house was in my opinion on the expensive side, but cosy and comfortable.

Nice calm park-up, camping ground in between the houses of Georgenhof (a bit slopey though). Unattended but there is a phone number for contact. The hostess seems really nice and helpful, really made an effort with the communation and translation to a non-german speaker. Free wifi and within a 2 min walk to the south there is a beautiful little bathing area. Water tap at house 6 where you can fill up, "luxury" toi toi on the grounds. I think I saw a basic showering tent where you can rinse off with a watering can, the lake is warm and nice for a morning swim this time of the year. Electrical outlet outside the tipi. What more can you ask for?

The Waldhaus is in a very nice, private street only 15 minutes walk from Feldberg town centre. The apartment was very comfortable. There is a huge garden which would be ideal for dog walking or kids playing, and a large terrace outdoors for BBQ etc. It has plenty of space for parking cars or campervans. It is an apartment rather than a hotel, so remember to bring your own provisions for breakfast on your first morning. Lidl and Netto are nearby but don't open on Sundays. Feldberg is a very quaint, lakeside town with good walking paths and kayak/canoe hire etc
