FinlandWe've been at Solliden in the middle of July. Was not the hottest July ever, but we waited for weather to be pleasant enough.
The cottages are quite small, but they all have everything that needed for a family of 3-4 people: running water, 2-burners stove, small fridge with freezer, tableware.
Toilets are near the beach, but to get to the shower room one need to go uphill, via the camping site. That might be a problem with a small child sometimes. Although, the beach toilets are quite close.
The camping kitchen is amazing, grill site also quite good. There are even a sandbox and swings near them, so kid won't be bored.
Beach is small but really neat.
In the end, we would recommend both camping and cottages.
