The place was very clean and comfortable. Everything you need was there: a small kitchen equiped with a fridge and a cooker, a balcony with a great view. The apartment is near a busy street but it is still quiet, closer to the ski lift than to the town centre . The way you get the key is very convinient. We had a really nice rest there and we would definitely go there again.

I booked this very last minute and the owner Nikolay was happy to welcome me. He gave me many great recommendations and information. I did stay in a basement room which wasn’t ideal but it was cozy and I had a good rest there. The area is quiet. It was very clean.

Very clean, cozy, host was excellent, very responsive and provided many interesting insights to nearby localities worth visiting. Nature there was incredible, we enjoyed clean air and clear sky, had perefect sleep in very comfortable beds. Spa content was super.

Niki house was the perfect place for us for our short stay in Bansko. Travelling as 2 friends, the twin room we had was perfect, very clean & tidy, 10 minutes walking distance from the centre and about 15 minutes walk to the gondola. Easy walking distance to convenience stores, lots of shops, restaurants and in general, easy access around the town. The owner was also very friendly and gave us advice of where to go and what to do.
