The staff was very welcoming and accommodating as I only speak English. Very nice staff. Very clean facilities.

Staff was awesome. We arrived a bit earlier and the receptionist set us up with wifi so we could work. She also arranged that the tv in the lobby would show the EURO cup on my request. As soon as a room was available she handed us the key. The pool is heated and very clean. Nice place to relax a bit. We had dinner at the restaurant which was very good too.

Good location, near a mall. Staff very helpful & friendly. Had a mini convenience store next to reception. We did not know that they don’t offer toiletries, so we managed to buy shampoo from the store next to reception.

Very clean and decent hostel

It was very clean and everything worked - the Wifi was excellent. The bed was comfortable and the shower good. Close to a mall in a safe but uninspiring neighbourhood and good value for money.

Very clean hotel in Manaus at 300 m from the Amazon Opera House! Great! Room big enough, with a/c, nice bathroom with hot water & an AMAZING breakfast that was really above our expectations! Thanks a lot

Breakfast was nice and the 4th floor room was surprisingly big and very clean. There was also a balcany and good air condition. You are able to leave your stuff to the lobby for many days if you are going to an Amazon trip and coming back to the hotel after that.

Room very clean and air conditioning worked really well. Needed for Manaus! Breakfast excellent and the young girl at reception was really nice and helpful.

Excellent hotel, extremely comfortable, wonderful views of the Rio Negro and beach. Extremely helpful staff, especially Emanuelle, who was at the reception when I checked in twice, both prior to and after a rainforest tour; her enthusiasm, kindness and professionalism substantially added to me feeling right at home! Thank you!
