The customer service was impeccable, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. The food was absolutely delicious, showcasing fresh, local flavors that perfectly complemented the stunning surroundings. The place itself is nothing short of spectacular—a serene oasis surrounded by lush nature and breathtaking views. The pool was an absolute highlight, offering a refreshing escape with stunning views of the surrounding palm trees and ocean. It was impeccably maintained and the perfect spot to unwind and soak in the beauty of the area. From the cozy accommodations to the pristine ambiance, every aspect of this location invites relaxation and admiration. I can confidently say this was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and memorable getaway! The staff were super friendly and very helpful, they let us store our luggage at the hostel while we went for an over night stay in Tayrona which was incredibly helpful and kind. It is also in a beautiful tranquil location!

We get to the glamping on time for our Check in to find out there was not space available for us to stay, so we have to start looking for a new place to stay. Also,this place doesn’t look as nice as the pictures. It’s very, very far from the beach, it looks dirty and the owner doesn’t care if you have a Booking reservation confirmed and not having space for you to stay. They don’t give you any solutions. Please, don’t go to this place, there are much better places to stay inside the park than this one.
