Very clean room and especially bathroom, good air-conditioning. Close proximity to the beach and shops . Very nice, attentive staff .

Resort is very clean. All staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast has something for everyone. Lovely pool area and large well maintained gardens. The very efficient cleaners seemd happy and nothing was too much trouble. The pool barman recommended a number of places to visit and dine at and none disaapointed. The resort exits to a car park adjacent to the beach and they also provide towels for the beach.

Great value for money! The staff is super helpful and friendly. We got a room where the a/c was a bit noisy but told them and got changed immediately. Very clean room and comfy beds. Close to the beach and some nice bars. Their restaurant has also good food. We really enjoyed our stay.

It's a charming old Portuguese villa, very well maintained. The bathrooms are modern.... which is great. And everything is very clean. The host, David is friendly and very thoughtful... ensuring that everything we wanted was attended to promptly. Great experience overall... highly recommended for those looking for a Goan vibe beyond the beach

Rohan, his wife and all staff are amazing and very helpfull. They helped me with everything, with the taxi, with renting a motorbike and with lots of tips about Goa. The hotel is very clean, well organized and super beautiful. The garden, with the restaurant, are very welcoming. The location is also very good, close to the beaches and at the same time peaceful and quiet.

Amazing hostel good vibes and beautiful. Right next to the Wednesday flea market and the beach. Very clean and cosey dorms.
