Remo is a truly generous and attentive host — we received several unexpected perks and thoughtful upgrades that made our visit even more special. The setting is breathtaking, surrounded by peaceful mountains, and there are endless walking and biking paths right from the campsite — we wish we had more time to explore them all! The facilities were spotless and well-maintained, and the attention to detail was evident throughout. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and everything was set up to make us feel at home. It's clear that a lot of heart goes into this place. This was a perfect blend of nature, comfort, and hospitality. We would absolutely return — next time, for longer!

Lakeview Cannobio Camping & Resort offers self-catering apartments and mobile homes right on the shore of Lake Maggiore. It includes a free private beach with deckchairs and free parking. Definitely worth it as although the campsite itself is not large since it is on the side of the mountain and split in various levels, the view of the lake and the mountains is spectacular and the private beach great!

Which was as perfect as it was, due our travels cancelations stress. I enjoy camping myself, and staying in a place surrounded by nature, with a bunch of deers casually walking around, was just a blissful stay to unwind and to recharge. The little houses/mobile homes were small yet perfectly have fit 4 of us in it, 2 adults, 2 teens. Super warm and cosy inside. If you are a fan of wild camping, this is a beautiful place to stop by.
