I didn't read properly and battled to find the place. For first time travellers to Kuala Lampur, it is a bit of a mission finding it. But the airport and hotel personnel were very friendly and helpful when I eventually got there. I also did not read properly, in that you can only book in for 6 hours 😂😂😂 But all in all a good experience and staff were absolutely amazing. Thank you.

The Sri Lankan gentleman behind the desk was super proactively helpful, courteous and genuine. He gave advice where to get great food at very cheap prices. He showed me where all the light switches, bathroom etc were without rushing. He answered my questions patiently.
