Superb! Friendly, comfortable, old fashioned hotel that is great value for money. Seemed much better than 3 stars. Even though we had the cheapest room it was very comfortable, clean and well appointed. Very comfortable bed. Lovely dining room. Simple but good breakfast. Staff were all extremely nice. Highly recommended! Not too far to walk from train station.

Great breakfast buffet as well as dinner with excellent choices of dishes; the spa area is also surprisingly nice; the staff was friendly and helpful; the hotel is conveniently located in the center of Pontresina; that all for a very reasonable price.

First of all they gave us free upgrade and this is a very nice of them. I want to thanks them for great experience that we had over there. Location was super convenient Room was spacious Breaksfast was super excelent Staff super nice and friendly The SPA was clean and nice with nice view room service was great parking was easy Restaurants was amazing

Easy to find once we alighted from bus stop. Check in was smooth & staff was friendly. We were surprised that the windows were really sound proof. Once we shut them, we could not hear the traffic noise outside. Shower pressure was nice. Good kitchen setup (microwave oven, stove top, fridge, kettle & cooking utensils) made our stay cooking-friendly. We must mention that the breakfast spread exceeded our expectations.Value for money! Would stay with them if we visit St Moritz again!
