Room was very clean. Location is perfect. We really enjoyed walking around the hotel. We also find the private funicular is really convenient. We liked the food and the staff were very friendly. The evening piano was also really romantic. Spa and sport facitilies were fantastic. Private spa suit was fine and it has a nica sauna and steam bath.

Superb! Friendly, comfortable, old fashioned hotel that is great value for money. Seemed much better than 3 stars. Even though we had the cheapest room it was very comfortable, clean and well appointed. Very comfortable bed. Lovely dining room. Simple but good breakfast. Staff were all extremely nice. Highly recommended! Not too far to walk from train station.

Everything from the parking to the facilities, the rooms and the restaurant. Absolute great value for money as Livigno is a tax free zone so everything is much cheaper than you'd expect for this level of quality. I believe it's rated as a 3-star hotel, but it should be lifted to a 4-star as it's way better than a lot of 4-stars I've stayed at. The staff (in particular the older lady who deals with all things food) were very attentive and friendly. The perfect stay.

The apartment is nicely decorated, very clean, and well equipped. Convenient free parking nearby, a friendly and helpful host. Breakfast is a very nice touch. Great hiking at your doorstep.

Lovely stay on our travels between Switzerland and Austria. Clean and comfortable with welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast and very conveniently located in the heart of the old town and just a 10 minute walk to the rail station. We enjoyed our time in Chur and discovering the charm of its historic heart.

Great breakfast buffet as well as dinner with excellent choices of dishes; the spa area is also surprisingly nice; the staff was friendly and helpful; the hotel is conveniently located in the center of Pontresina; that all for a very reasonable price.
