Free WiFi is available throughout the property.... Beautiful comfortable space. Great value. Closer to MRT. Staff was good. The bad part is that there is no staff until 10 Am. They will not check in until 3 pm. I arrived at 6AM and could not even go to reception until 11 am.. If you lose or misplace your key card or get locked out there is no rescue and you may end up sleeping in reception or outside the hotel. No one picks up the phone or line. So, be careful if you have emergencies. Otherwise, it is great place. I locked out when I was about to checkout at 11 am so it was OK and she could come and collect the key accidentally left inside the capsule.

It was my first time in a capsule bed and it was a fun experience. There were different buttons to control the lights and the fan. There's a TV inside the capsule, too! Just a heads up. That day I checked in, I found out that there are TWO TW Capsule Hotels. they are on the same street, but it's a five to ten-minute walk between these two hotels. I was booked to stay at the capsule hotel, but I had to check in at their other branch. There were no staff at my actual capsule hotel when I arrived so I had to walk back to the other TW Hotel branch and check in from there. After I got my key card, I again had to walk back to my capsule hotel. But all in all, I had a great stay at this capsule hotel.
