Lovely, well-equipped caravan in a fantastic location with a beautiful sea view. Excellent facilities at Crimdon Dene, which is ideally placed when visiting Durham and other areas of the northeast. Very comfortable beds and a great kitchen and lounge area with large tv and a dvd player, and some board games to play.

The guest house was spotlessly clean and the rooms were extremely well appointed. The staff were very helpful and the ladies who cooked the breakfast were so cheerful and friendly.

As soon as we arrived we were greeted by Vicky and shown around the facilities and welcomed us into their space. With a car park space right outside the hut it helped with a seamless check in and convenience throughout the stay. The hot tub is situate in a private beautiful area - making you forget about the world and relax Short walk away into the village where there is a fish and chip shop, pub and other shops available. BBQ was available but unfortunately the weather was not on our side, we got a delivery from Beyond Bun which was the best burger I have ever had! Sitting out on the decking enjoying a glass of wine on an evening with no traffic or noise was just bliss. Toiletries, food, drinks, cleaning supplies, cooking equipment, bedding all provided during your stay Amazing value for money Will definitely be returning - thank you again!

The lodge was well furnished and equipped. It was spotlessly clean. The welcome pack was a welcome bonus. The setting was quiet and peaceful. On arrival we had a welcome from 2 beautiful peacocks. We both felt that we could permanently live in a place like this.

Everything was immaculate! Cute little pod, the hot tub was great also. The location was perfect for walks and there is a pub across the road which is stunning. Staff - were brilliant! So welcoming and you could just text them with any queries. There is a little cafe on site also which was very nice. Not to mention you can see roseberry topping from the lodge.
