Burtree Country House was really clean, peaceful and offered everything you would need for a romantic getaway. The staff (Hamza and Maryam in particular) was awesome and made sure we had everything needed.

What a beautiful farm with friendly staff, lovely animals, several play parks and areas for older kids to play (ping pong, connect , pool, table football,) the lodge was beautiful and had everything we needed, we all loved the hot tub. Very comfortable beds and bedding.

We booked a single night stay as we needed to break up our journey. How I wish we could have stayed longer! The lodge is exceptional. It's spacious, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen - in fact everything you could ask for, including a dishwasher and washing machine. I shall certainly book a longer stay as we look forward to exploring North Yorkshire, it's an easy drive to the coast or into York. The location is lovely, very peaceful and loads of space for the kids to play. Highly recommended.
