Exceptional accommodation run by friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant has a great menu with original and very tasty dishes. The pool is well kept, and offers a delightful escape from the hot afternoons in the summer.

The location was unique. The lodge was the only building in tens of kilometers. The Augrabies terrain is very rough. Daberas can only be reached via a 50 km dirt road with fences that have to opened and closed and that is en adventure in it self. We made splendid trips in the surroundings amongst which the unique Oranje river. The service was friendly and good. Meals were included, they were of good quality and prepared after consultation of preference. Daberas is a unique lodge. There is not a soul in all directions.
