It is a little paradise, not far away from the hustle and bustle of Cape Town which you can reach in no time. Every detail is thought through in a caring way which makes one feel taken care of and save. Very friendly and attentive staff and host . Beautifully decorated rooms sytlish and comfortable.

There are all conditions for a comfortable stay - there is a refrigerator, TV, tea/coffee making facilities, a safe, a terrace, a kitchen equipped with a microwave, a gas stove, a toaster. Cleaning - every day. You can take a walk around the grounds and in the garden. Each guest will have internet access, you can upload photos, send a file or call your family by video. If you have a car, you can leave it in the parking lot. If you get there on your own, they will help you arrange a transfer. Within walking distance of the beach, shopping centers,seafood market, restaurants, cafes, public transport. If you are traveling to Cape Town alone and want to meet people, Hout Bay Backpackers is the best choice. In addition, South African hiking, by and large, is concentrated in the Western Cape Province, in the vicinity of Cape Town, here. My gratitude to the staff of the hostel, especially the manager Tristan, for solving the non-standard situation with payment and language problems. Wonderful country, wonderful people, I want to come again. Thanks. Mikhail. Russia.

Abigel and her team (family) are superb hosts. Wholesome, generous, freshly prepared breakfast, nothing was too much trouble, even the 6h30am breakfast pack full of our favourite treats was delicious. Beautiful and convenient location, gorgeously designed and decorated rooms, we were spoiled and can't wait to be back.

Very good location, quiet place in only 10 minutes walk to the shopping centre with the supermarkets, shops and restaurants. Nice little patio to have a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. The owners live in the next house, very nice people.

This really cool ‘cabin in the woods’ is a home away from the busy Hout Bay and Capetown! Beautiful views on Table Mountain from the deck and room. The bathrooms with shower also offer a direct view on the surroundings. Comfortable with good amenities such as kitchen and honesty bar. The road to the cabin is tough without a 4x4, but an adventure :) Sven is a good chef!

    The serene setting of this establishment is absolute heaven. It is quiet and tranquil. It is 100% family friendly and so many things for the kids to do. Beds were unbelievably comfortable, and chalet was extremely clean. The hospitality of Mark and his family was exceptional, and they never hesitated to go there extra mile for me and my family.
