Zero bureaucracy, respectful of my privacy, didn't have to make copies of my passport and credit card like I had to do at all 3 previous hotels I have visited in Africa (Nairobi, Lagos, and Johannesburg). There was an issue with the main property gate where a thunderstorm rendered it inoperable and they fixed it with little fuss. Overall very impressed.
