It is the kind of place where you instantly feel good. Our teenage daughter thinks it sends out Christmasy vibes:). It definitely is a place with a soul, filled with happy energy. We loved the fact that Teresa's photo was there too! It's impossible not to feel connected to the beautiful girl in the picture and her gentle smile! Above all, we have appreciated the personal touch. Bill, the property manager, made us feel truly welcome. Tourism today has become very impersonal, but the experience at Teresa's Cottage was anything but. We felt as if we were visiting family or dear friends. Every detail was carefully prepared to make us feel good. Bill even took the trouble to personally come to greet us. Karen was an amazing host that went above and beyond. The restaurant the homestead cottage next door (off site) was a very nice experience also. I would 100% stay here again without hesitation.

Towels and bed linen are provided in the holiday home. There is also a seating area and a fireplace. The lodge is gorgeous, super comfortable, and spacious. There's an ensuite in each bedroom, which was such a nice bonus to have; especially with a mixed group. We were a group of 6 and there was plenty of lounging space for everyone. The sun out the front is gorgeous in the morning! Plenty of parking space too. Facilities were perfect - everything you could want. The location is fab - so close to the village and still feels like you're immersed in nature.

It truly felt like our private place but they were on hand if we needed anything. The smallest details were taken care of (coffee options, a small carton of milk for coffee left for us, small candies to enjoy upon arrival, plenty of towels, directions listed for the door and other things which might be tricky). The location was close to town but also quiet and private. It was a great way to wind down and relax at the end of our trip to Ireland. I would pick this exact accommodation if it was available everywhere I traveled!

Coffee maker (small Nespresso), milk, butter and other items in the kitchen. With some notification the host would heat up the sauna. We unfortunately did not have enough time. Easy in and out - great parking and access. Everything was within 7-9 min drive.
