The apartment was very clean, well equipped and modern. It was also very convenient to be able to order bread for the morning. Owner Gerda was most helpful in advising on the best hiking routes and local restaurants. We had a problem with our rental car and Gerda's help was invaluable in resolving the situation. The rural setting including the obligatory cow with bell. The views were beautiful. Our host was very lovely. Providing us with fresh milk, eggs and bread rolls for breakfast. Simply delicious. Our host's recommendations for local cuisine were outstanding. If you like German food you must try the Knappenstube located in an old mine museum.
