A gorgeous place to stay. Everything was clean & tidy. The host was wonderful with showing us around & gave us a great dinner recommendation. We enjoyed the sauna & bath. It was easy to find & easy access to explore Ine & surrounding areas.

Fantastic studio, really spatious, with great large hard bed and western furniture. It feels a bit like staying at a fancy bar with a bathtub :D. The decor is really unique. Everything works. Location was perfect for what we needed - the conference centre. Lots of shops nearby, good transport links by bus or a metro some distance away. The owner went out of his way to help us and be nice - thank you so much!

The location of the hotel is quite good to explore Kyoto. The rooms are small (but quite normal in Japan) but everything is space efficient designed. The staff is super friendly and they speak good english, when i had some trouble with my hotel booking in Tokyo they even helped me out by calling the hotel and making sure that the problem was solved even tough they had nothing to do with the hotel booking themselves (thank you again for this!)
