Beds were very comfortable and we liked having a selection of pillows! The walk-in shower and extra space on the bathroom vanity were great. Location was very close to the airport and we really appreciated the shuttle early in the morning. We left before the breakfast buffet was available so can't comment on it.

The food was amazing, they have an amazing Chef, every lunch and dinner was changing per day. The staff was great, from the front desk to the house/room keepers, the shuttle staff and the kitchen service, everyone was eager to help, really friendly, their service was excellent.

We were transferred to another facility by shuttle from Holiday Inn Suites

The hotel is very clean, simple, nicely decorated with a modest amount of decorations. A rooftop pool and lounge area is a bonus which makes the hotel extra. The staff Manuel and Alex were super friendly and helpful. Proximity to the beach is great, just remember to stay on the right side of the pier with the hut. I will certainly stay at this hotel again - the value cannot be beat.

off downtown Bucerias, easy taxi or shuttle from PVR airport. Walk around the downtown to restaurants, bars and shops
