From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the rustic yet refined charm of the lodge. The facilities are thoughtfully designed, blending modern comforts with an authentic Scandinavian aesthetic. Our accommodations were immaculate, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including plush bedding, warm lighting, and stunning views of the surrounding wilderness. The highlight of our visit, without a doubt, was the huskies. These beautiful, well-cared-for dogs are the heart and soul of the lodge, and spending time with them was an unforgettable experience. Whether you’re experienced or a first-timer, the husky sledding tours are a must. Gliding through the snow-covered trails with the dogs leading the way was exhilarating and magical—a memory we will cherish forever. The staff at Jotunheimen Husky Lodge truly go above and beyond. They are knowledgeable, welcoming, and passionate about the region and its traditions. They helped us plan our trip, shared fascinating insights about the area and the local wildlife, and ensured every moment of our stay was perfect.

Sjodalen Hyttetun og Camping tiene vistas a la montaña y se encuentra en Stuttgongfossen. Cuenta con restaurante, cocina compartida, bar, jardín y terraza. This property was a big positive surprise. We had a big room with three sections; kitchen with couch and table and chairs, pretty big bathroom and very comfortable bedroom. The windows were on the whole wall giving us an amazing view! Everything was very clean and really new. There were 3 more, probably looking similar, rooms but with not that many windows and view.
