He was very welcoming and helped us with our luggage. Asked us how much water needs to be filled in the swimming pool so that the kids are comfortable. The property was so green, mango trees were filled with ripe mangoes, banana trees, date trees and to add it up it was raining which made it more magical. The property was clean, impeccable and the fridge had mangoes and dates for us. Even the kitchen is filled with utensils so for a family you are not far away from your home

Location was excellent, being in close proximity to the old town, Nizwa fort and souq. There were a lot of cafes and restaurants available within a short walking distance. It was also a short walk to the goat souq for a memorable Friday morning experience. Keys pick up was easy and the owner was very considerate and checked in to make sure we settled in comfortably as well as ensuring the indoor pool was heated and ready for us. We also really enjoyed the free breakfast that came with the stay. Parking onsite (in the garage) was definitely a plus point! Overall it was an excellent stay!
