Extraordinary service. We arrived a day late due to circumstances outside of our control, and the hotel did not charge us for the night. Beyond the service the hotel is amazing, located in the middle of an amazing landscape and with beautiful hot spring pools open 24/7.

Beautiful area. Nice pool to swim in. Room was clean and there was a hot shower. Big portion for lunch and dinner. Alcoholic drinks for very good price. They serve breakfast at 05:30h, which is great if you want to start hiking early outside the canyon.

The hotel was in Perfect conditions and the staff members were so friendly. The food was great and the facilities very comfortable.
