Ananda Beach Hotel está a pocos pasos de Playa de Paje y ofrece alojamiento con restaurante, piscina al aire libre, jardín y zona de playa privada. Se ofrece wifi gratis en todo el alojamiento. El ambiente en el hotel es fantástico. Que todo sea arena te da sensación de estar constantemente en la playa, puedes ir descalzo todo el rato. La piscina nos encantó porque siempre encontrábamos sombra o sol en función de lo que quisiésemos y el acceso directo a la playa es genial. Las habitaciones limpias y echaban anti mosquitos dos veces al día. El desayuno muy bueno, después de un mes en Tanzania es un auténtico lujo poder tomar un buen café de máquina. El día del checkout nos dejaron dejar la habitación a las 15.30h que es cuando venía nuestro taxi a recogernos que es de agradecer antes de un viaje tan largo de vuelta a España.

Safaya Luxury Villas - Adults only está en Nungwi y ofrece vistas a la piscina, bicicletas gratis, piscina al aire libre, jardín, terraza y restaurante. Todo. Empezando por el personal que era encantador, el mejor con diferencia de todos los hoteles en los que hemos estado. La comida muy buena, gracias a todos los cocineros y en especial al jefe de cocina que cada día iba a saludarnos a ver cómo estaba todo. La playa espectacular. Nos alojamos en las suites con vista al mar, simplemente 😍. El sábado buffet en la playa con grupo en directo. Una pasada.

Shanuo Beach Bungalows se encuentra en Michamvi y ofrece wifi gratis, jardín, zona de playa privada y terraza. I could honestly write a 10-page article in praise of Shanuo. Firstly, yes. It’s every bit as beautiful as the pictures would have you believe. (With that said, there’s no way to truly capture the beauty of this place through a camera lens. You just have to go there to see that for yourself). Surrounded by coconut trees and brightly coloured tropical flowers, the bungalows overlook the Indian Ocean - a morning dip is a must! My room was clean and comfortable and I was provided with everything I might need during my stay. Although Shanuo doesn’t have its own restaurant, I can honestly say this has no impact on your stay at all. The breakfasts are generous and Shanuo provides drinks and snacks (at a small fee) if you’re feeling peckish. There are several neighbouring properties along the beach with restaurants. I promise you won’t go hungry! Secondly, the staff are incredibly accommodating and helpful, and you’re guaranteed to be met with a friendly smile and an enthusiastic “Jambo” 100% of the time. If you need anything, you just need to look up and someone is there to assist. A big thank you to everyone at Shanuo, but especially to Na who brought my breakfast every morning and who I had lovely chats with, to Daniel who cut copious amounts of fresh aloe vera to tend my sun burn, and of course to the manager, Gillian, who is energetic, friendly and builds meaningful connections with her guests which she uses to tailor her travel tips especially to your needs. This team creates an atmosphere that truly makes you feel as though you’re ‘coming home’. There’s so much more that I could say, but anyone reading this will begin to think I’m exaggerating. I’m really not. Do yourself a favour and just book! I’ll certainly be coming back here on my next Zanzibar adventure.

One of the best hotel stays ever! Strongly recommend Joyce and team for your holiday to Zanzibar, everyone made us feel right at home. The hotel was incredibly cozy and homely, with a traditional, beachy feel and beautiful garden and pool. There is lots of space to rest and relax with direct access to the beach. Dinner is served family style each evening - it was wonderful to get to know the other guests and the team was able to cater to our dietary restrictions. The hotel staff helped us organise several different activities and excursions on the island once we arrived, as well as airport transfers and drivers whenever needed. Communication was very smooth.

El Zanbluu Beach Hotel, situado en la costa de Kiwengwa, ofrece vistas al océano y al jardín, piscina de borde infinito con vistas al océano y bar junto a la piscina. El hotel es muy bonito, muy cómodo, con personal muy amable y la comida buenísima

El Evergreen Bungalows está situado en Bwejuu y ofrece alojamientos frente a la playa. El establecimiento alberga una zona de playa privada y proporciona servicio de alquiler de coches y bicicletas. Right on the beach, very chill vibe, great chef and all around very comfortable and so fun.

Zanzibar Lodge está a pocos pasos de Playa de Kiwengwa y ofrece alojamiento con restaurante, piscina al aire libre, jardín y zona de playa privada. The chef was super accommodating and the food was delicious! The room is very nice especially for the price.

Paje Emerald Escapes ofrece alojamiento con piscina al aire libre abierta todo el año, wifi gratis y parking privado gratis en Paje. I had such a fantastic experience staying at Paje Emerald Escapes! The villas are absolutely beautiful—peaceful, well-designed, and a true slice of paradise. But what truly made the stay unforgettable was the incredible staff. A huge thank you to Leslie, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. From arranging airport transfers to organizing tuk-tuk shuttles, she was constantly helpful, professional, and incredibly sweet. Her kindness really made me feel at home. I’d also love to give a special shoutout to Salim for helping me out when a few geckos made their way into the villa. He came over right away, was extremely helpful, and so kind throughout. I would absolutely stay here again—not just for the stunning villas, but because the people here genuinely care. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Paje!

MONKEY MOUNTAIN LODGE tiene vistas al mar y está en Mtende. Cuenta con restaurante, guardaequipaje, bar, jardín y terraza. En el lodge, tanto el wifi como el parking privado son gratis. Las vistas son increibles. El atardecer y amanecer se ven preciosos y romanticos. Además vimos monos saltando de arbol en arbol por las mañanas. El sitio transmite mucha calma. La comida del restaurante es exquisita.
