Reception 24h. Comfortable and clean room. It's close to JFK Airport and offers a shuttle from the airport 24h.

It was easy to get to the hotel from JFK airport. The hotel shuttle was from Terminal Two. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. We had an evening meal in the downstairs bar which was good.

Location with a shuttle service to catch those early flights out

After a bad experience with cancelled flight, we booked hotel half an hour before arriving and staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. They had us booked back on shuttle bus for our flight the next day, kept the kitchen open so we could be fed after arriving so late with young children. All staff went over and above for our family. We had very poor experiences with unhelpful staff at the airport but had our faith restored with these staff.
