My room has a very nice balcony, it looks straight to the river or a lake, I'm not sure but the receptionist here said it was Hoa Binh Lake or Da River. My room is very new, clean, fully equipped with the amenities I need. I tried the grilled fish here, all were delicious and fresh. The receptionist is very enthusiastic, thoughtful, always ready for me during my stay here. This is the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the natural beauty with quality service. I will definitely come back next time!

I'd call it a hidden gem. When we arrived we were the only people there it was so cozy and good to rest after traveling through crowded places. Pool is very nice with no chemicals inside taking fresh stream water, lovely swim in the waterfall not many mosquitoes, great wifi, comfortable beds and nice view. You can rent a scooter and explore the mountain valley which has quite a few things to see, mostly mountai scenerys or just walk around. Thuy was amazing, she took care of us, made delicious meals every day. One of the best places we've stayed in Vietnam.

We came to stay in the glamping tents, and the place is simply magical. Everything was perfect, and it’s clear that every small detail was thoughtfully planned. In the evening, the atmosphere becomes even more charming with all the beautiful lights. The bathrooms and showers are nearby and very comfortable. On our second night, one of us suffered from food poisoning. We contacted the staff at 3 AM, and from that moment, the hotel team never left our side. They immediately took us to a hospital just 300 meters away and stayed with us — three staff members — until they understood the situation. Especially Nhy, who stayed with us until 8 AM to help us communicate with the doctors. She also made sure we had food and medicine, paid for the treatment, upgraded us to a room with a private bathroom for better comfort, and ensured we had water and food available. All the hotel staff, without exception, checked on us the next day, and we truly felt cared for and supported. This is one of the places with the highest level of service we have ever encountered. We highly recommend staying here! Beyond the amazing service, the facilities are excellent, and we believe you will truly enjoy your stay. A huge thank you to the entire hotel team, and especially to Nhy, who went above and beyond to make sure we felt well again.
